| Daily turnout is recommended to boarders as there are lots of turnout paddocks. Our round pen is a good place for training and lounging young horses. There are many trees on the outside of the larger paddocks and a lean to in one of the pastures. Some horses are turned out on their own and some are in groups. |

New boarders are interviewed by Diane and one of our staff checks out the horse before it is accepted here. We want loving animal owners and horses that are manageable. We prefer mature, responsible boarders and parents of
young boarders to be involved . Each horse coming here has to have a Coggins Test and be wormed. A fecal check is recommended. Each boarder signs a boarding agreement stating what services they want. The horse owner has to be present when we initially turn their equine friend out with another horse to prevent problems. Diane has a Stable Management Software Package and keeps medical, farrier, worming, history records on each horse on her computer. All horses are on a regular 2 month worming program. Each boarder has the choice of their own trainer, vet and farrier.
